Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Kelowna, British Columbia which generally takes 3 - 7 business days. Letter mail and tracked shipping options are available although customer’s are  responsible for the shipping option selected.

We offer shipping internationally; however we do not guarantee on-time delivery for orders outside of Canada and are not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. All international orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and generally take at least 10 business days. We do our best to ship your goods out as quickly as we can, but please inquire if your order is taking longer than it should.
